How fulfillment works

Paper Chasing Collars curates every item in the shop, while trusted production and shipping partners help us make, pack, and deliver orders. Some products are made to order and begin production after checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing time and estimated delivery vary by product and destination. The most specific estimate available will appear on the product page or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and do not include unexpected carrier, weather, customs, or holiday delays.

Orders may arrive separately

If your order contains products fulfilled by different partners, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged extra shipping after checkout because an order is split.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the package ships. Tracking can take a short time to begin showing movement.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs to be changed. Once an item has entered production or fulfillment, we may not be able to update or redirect it. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.

International orders

International shipping is available only when offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by the destination country.
